  1. What is your Return Policy?
  2. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on ANY of our Khustomz.
  3. Do you provide the shoe for Khustom Shoes?
  4. Yes, for additional cost. Your shipping will be free. However, for Pearlie Khustomz you must provide your own shoe and pay for shipping coming & going.
  5. How long does it take? (Khustom Shoes ONLY)
  6. Locals-we need at least a 1-2 week(s) notice from the date you are trying to rock your Khustomz & depending on what you need done the timeframe can differ. For instance, Simple Khustomz can be done within 3-5 business days, Complex Khustomz can be done with in 5-14 business days.
  7. Non-Locals-We need at least 2-4 weeks notice from the date you are trying to rock your Khustomz.  Pearlie Khustomz time frame starts once we receive your shoes.
  8. Is there a deposit? (Khustom Shoes ONLY)
  9. Yes! The deposit will be added to your purchase, however if you cancel after 24 hours the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. You MUST cancel within 24 hours for your deposit to be refundable.
  10. What is the deposit?
  11. DEPENDING on the type of Khustomz the deposits are no more than $125.00.
  12. Do you provide the Canvas for Khustom Canvases?
